The hospitality data standard
A universal database and APIs to connect the entire ecosystem in real time.
What is OpenQloud
Why OpenQloud
The standard and universal database
Read manifestoOpenQloud defines the unified data model, compatible APIs, and normalized events/webhooks for hospitality.
The universal database harmonizes entities from multiple providers and exposes a single contract for integrations.
OpenQloud does not interact with restaurants or onboard them; it only provides the neutral technical layer.
Developers
For developers and platforms
Integrate or build your hospitality software on a standard. Connect your systems once to the OpenQloud contract and get interoperability across the ecosystem. Real-time webhooks and events aligned to the neutral schema. Technical integration (APIs/model) is separate from restaurant onboarding, which happens in authorized platforms.

OpenQloud powered platforms
Commercializing platforms like Sinqro, Disqober, or CaixaBank connect restaurants to the OpenQloud standard. If you need restaurants to operate, you can use an existing compatible platform or launch your own on OpenQloud. Each platform handles its own onboarding, pricing, and services; OpenQloud does not onboard restaurants or provide front-ends.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
OpenQloud does not onboard restaurants directly. Onboarding is handled by each authorized platform built on the standard (e.g., Sinqro, Disqober, CaixaBank and others). Once a restaurant is in a compatible platform, it can operate across any OpenQloud-based platform.
No. OpenQloud only defines the standard, unified API, and neutral database. It does not offer apps, web ordering, kiosks, or POS. Platforms built on OpenQloud provide interfaces and services to restaurants.
